11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to admin@myinfaq.org with the subject line “Request to cancel order,” or contact us at 011-5853 0774. Please provide your order number for efficient assistance. However, we cannot make changes or cancel an order once it is within 20 days before the event.

Cancellation and refund are allowed if the representative and the company have not made the Qurban animal deposit payment to the seller. After the deposit payment is made, if the participant still wants to claim their money back and cancel the Qurban representation, the representative will ONLY return the remaining amount after deducting the deposit and other actual costs incurred due to cancellation.

However, this is still subject to the company’s discretion, as the wakalah agreement signed is a contract of wakalah bil ujrah, which is a type of ‘Mu’awadah Maliah’ agreement or a ‘sale and purchase’ category of common agreements that require mutual agreement for cancellation.

Also, no refund will be given if the participant withdraws at the last minute (i.e., 20 days before Eid al-Adha) and incurs various losses for the company and representative.

If we are unable to secure a Qurban location in the participant’s selected area, but if there are unavoidable obstacles, the representative will carry out the Qurban in any nearby location within the country that has been identified. If a Qurban animal cannot still be obtained, it will be carried out in a country that is capable before the end of Tasyriq day.
